摘　　要：引入丰田生产方式的方法与理念,对制造执行系统的进一步研究有着重要意义。通过比较分析丰田生产方式与制造执行系统中生产操作管理方法的异同,提出了两者本质相同、方法各异的观点。It is important for the further research on Manufacturing Execution System （MES）to introduce the concept and the methods of Toyota Production System （TPS）. This paper compares TPS and MES in production operation management. And it brings forward that both of them have the same essence and different methods.
