波前像差引导下的个体化切削与常规LASIK的效果比较

摘　　要：目的通过观察角膜波前像差引导下的个体化准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(CW-G LASIK)与准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)治疗近视术后裸眼视力的比较,术后敏感度的变化,评价手术的有效性。方法在该中心做近视眼手术的患者382例,分成两组。一组行CW-G LASIK作为试验组。另一组行LASIK手术作为对照组,随访6个月,比较3个月及6个月时两组患者的裸眼视力、波前像差RMS值及对比敏感度。结果试验组术后3个月裸眼视力62.8%优于其术前最佳矫正视力,而对照组此比例为47.6%;对照组术后高阶像差RMS值平均增加100%,而试验组平均增加35%,术后6个月对照组对比敏感度接近术前水平,而试验组优于术前。结论CW-G LASIK术后视力、对比敏感度优于常规LASIK手术。Objective To compare the postoperative uncorrected visualacuity and the contrast sensitivity of wavefront-guided LASIK remus conventional LASIK surgery in the treatment of myopia.Methods Trial group （191 cases,382 eyes） underwent wavefront-guided LAS1K and controlled group（191 cases,382 eyes） received conventional LASIK surgery. Follow up for 3.6months included uncorrected visulacuity, the higher order aberrations and contrast sensitivity were also compared after surgery.Results 62.8% of trial group patients and 47.6% of controlled group patients had post- operative uncorrected visualacuity; the higher order RMS was increased by 100% in the controlled groups, while in the trial group, it was increased only by 35% postoperatively. Six months after operation, the contrast sensitivity of control group patients returned to their pre- operative baseline. However, the trial group patients had slightly better contrast sensitivity than their pre- operative level.Conclusion Patients underwent wavefront-guided treatment have better quality of vision and contrast sensitivity after surgery than the patients subjected to conventional LASIK surgery.
