摘 要:目的:通过观测成人颌骨形态结构及其周围骨突的情况,为临床口腔种植手术导板的设计、制作,模板导向孔的安置、深度和方向以及种植角度提供参考数据。方法:对临床上31例上颌骨及44例下颌骨的CT断层图像,应用3D-DOCTOR软件对其各个牙位上相应的牙槽嵴与对应牙的夹角进行观测与测量,并用统计分析软件SPSS13.0加以分析。结果:上颌骨牙长轴与牙槽突的唇腭侧偏移关系有71.92%在偏唇与偏腭20°以内,下颌骨牙长轴与牙槽突的唇腭侧偏移关系有98.68%在偏唇与偏舌20°以内。结论:颌骨牙长轴与牙槽嵴的相对偏斜度可为种植位点的选择和种植导向模板的制作提供理论依据。Objective: To provide some referential date for determine approach depth and angle when a dental plantation was reformed. Methods: Based on computer tomographic scan data,31 maxilla were collection to measure the distances from alveolar process to base-bone, the angle between base-bone and alveolar process,the angle between teeth and alveolar process. All these data was analysed by SPSS13.0. Results: In maxilla teeth, angles which reflected deviation between axis and the buccal or palatal side of alveolar process, 71.92% was within 20° between the buccal side and palatal side. As to the mandibular teeth, 98.68% was within 20° between the buccal side and lingual side. Conclusion: The relative deviation relationship between mandible teeth axis and alveolar ridge should be analysed for choosing of implant position and planning of implant guide.
