摘 要:利用虚拟样机技术,建立了冲击压路机的动力学模型;主要对牵引主机在作业中所受水平冲击载荷进行了仿真研究。首先在pro/E环境下建立了冲击压路机的装配模型;然后将该模型导入独立的ADAMS环境中,并建立整机的动力学仿真模型。在压实工况下,对该系统进行了动态特性仿真研究,并获得了地面和工作装置传递给牵引主机的水平冲击截荷及其变化规律。通过仿真结果与试验结果的对比,验证了模型的正确性,研究结果可为设计该类机械结构提供参考。The dynamics model was built up by using virtual prototyping technology, and the horizontal impact load acted on the main vehicle in its task process was studied on simulation. Firstly, the assembly model of impact roller was built up under Pro/E software; Secondly, the model was exchanged into ADAMS simulation software under which the dynamics model of the whole machine was constructed. Under compaction condition, the system dynamic characteristics were researched on simulation. And the horizontal impact load acted on the main vehicle by ground and the working system was acquired in this pape, and so did its variety rule. The correctness of the simulation model was validated through comparing the data curves on simulation with that of test. The simulation data and conclusions can be referenced in designing the structures of these machines.
