摘　　要：针对人才的管理对企业发展的重要性做了具体、详细、深层次地阐述。从人才的学历、年龄、性别、知识结构以及人才在各个部门的分配比例、心理状况六个方面做了论述,指出了人才管理对企业的发展有着重要的不可替代的作用。The importance of talent mangagent for enterprise develpoment has been expatiated deeply and specifically in this paper from talent reeord of formal schooling, ege, sex, knowledge construction, asignment proportion for each department and psychological state six aspects, and points out that talent management has the important and indispensable functions for enterprise development.
