脑梗死患者血浆脂联素和肿瘤坏死因子-α与病情轻重的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨脑梗死患者血浆脂联素和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平,及其与脑梗死病情轻重的关系。方法根据梗死灶体积及神经功能评分,将60例脑梗死患者分为轻度梗死组、中度梗死组、重度梗死组,同时选取20例健康查体者作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定二者浆脂联素水平,采用放射免疫法测定TNF-α水平。结果脑梗死患者血浆脂联素水平低于对照组(P<0.05),血浆TNF-α水平与对照组间差别有显著性意义(P<0.01),中、重度脑梗死患者同轻度脑梗死患者血浆脂联素及TNF-α水平间差别有显著性意义(P<0.05),且脂联素水平同TNF-α水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论血浆脂联素、TNF-α的水平可反映脑梗死的病情轻重。Objective To explore the expression of plasma adiponectin and tumor necrosis factor （TNF - α ） in patients with cerebral infarction and its relationship with severity of cerebral infarction. Methods 60 cases with cerebral infarction were divided into three groups according to scores of infarct size and neural function. Plasma adiponectin concentration was measured by an enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay, and the levels of TNF - αby radioimmunoassay. At the same time, 20 healthy people were chosen as control group. Results Plasma levels of adiponectin in patients with cerebral infarction were lower than in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, plasma levels of TNF - α were significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The moderate and severe infarction group were significantly different from the mild group in the levels of adiponectin and TNF - α （ P 〈 0. 05）. Adiponectin levels were negatively related to TNF - α （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The level of plasma adiponectin and TNF - α can reflect the severity of cerebal infarction.
