中药及其有效成分调节小鼠成纤维细胞瘤细胞活性的研究

摘　　要：目的动态观察6种中药或有效成分对小鼠成纤维细胞瘤细胞(L-929细胞)活性的影响,筛选出对其有效的药物。方法以传代培养的L-929细胞为靶细胞,以MTT比色法测定细胞活性。每种药选择3个浓度,连续观测5个时间点。结果经统计学分析,复方丹参注射液等6个药物与对照组相比对L-929细胞有一定的抑制作用,而且某些药的不同浓度之间的抑制作用也有显著差异。肿瘤坏死因子与其他药物作用比较抑制作用最为明显。结论本实验系统正确、可靠,复方丹参注射液等6种药物有不同程度的抑制L-929细胞活性的作用。Objective It is to observe the effects of effective components from 6 kinds of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs on the activity of L-929 cells to sieve the effective drugs for it. Methods Mouse fibroblasts （L-929 cells） were cultivated as target cells, and their activities were determined with MTT colorimetric method. Each drug was observed with 3 different concentrations and at 5 sequential time points. Results According to statistical analysis, Dan -Shen compound injection and other herb medicine had more potent inhibitory effects on the activity of L- 929 cells than that of control group（P〈 0.05）, There were significant differences in the inhibitory function of some herbs of different concentration. But the in- hibitory effect of TNF-α on L-929 cell was significantly more obviously than the other agents（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion This undergoing biological experimental system is right and reliable, Dan-shen compound injection and other 5 herb medicine have inhibitory function of different degree on the activities of L-929 cells.
