摘 要:随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,城市防洪越来越重要,城市防洪体系综合评价成为摆在人们面前的一个现实问题。建立基于物元理论的城市防洪综合体系评价模型,并以辽宁省抚顺市为例,确定指标体系及各指标的经典域、节域和权重进行评价。评价结果与抚顺市防洪现实较为一致,表明物元模型能有效解决城市防洪体系综合评价问题。Along with our country's urbanization advancement speeding up unceasingly, the importance of city flood control is more and more obvious, and the synthetic evaluation of city flood control system became a realistic question. Establishing the synthetic evaluation model of city flood control system based on the matter-element theory and taking the city flood control system of Fushun city of Liaoning Province as an example, this paper determines the index system and various indices' classical domain, joint domain and weighing, and carries on the appraisal. The appraisal results are consistent with the Fushun city's flood control reality, which indicates that the matter-element model could be able to solve the synthetic evaluation of city flood control system effectively.
