摘　　要：系统梳理马克思主义产权理论研究状况,对推进马克思主义产权理论研究、正确指导当前产权制度改革具有重要意义。国内马克思主义产权理论研究涉及产权概念内涵界定、马克思主义产权理论的内容、马克思主义产权理论与现代西方产权理论、马克思主义产权理论与中国产权制度改革等方面。在突破所有制理论静态研究方法和产权分离等方面取得了较大进展。但总体上研究还显得薄弱、滞后,需要深化马克思主义产权理论的研究。　That systematical survey on the research of Marxism property rights theory in civil is important for promoting the research on Marxism property rights theory and guidance property rights institution reform.The paper summaries ideas of civil scholars from the connotations of property rights,the contents of Marxism property rights theory,Marxism property rights theory and west property rights theory in contemporary,Marxism property rights theory and property rights institution reform in China.Research on giving up static method of Marxism ownership theory and separation of property rights is achievable.But in total,research in civil is lagging,more and better research on Marxism property rights theory is needed.
