摘　　要：基于能力成熟度概念,构建了一个包含发展、分析和评估三个子模型在内的创新管理成熟度模型(IMMM)。以IM-MM作为衡量企业创新管理成熟度水平的工具,企业可以适时诊断创新过程中存在的问题,找出改进方法,从而不断推动技术创新管理水平的提高。（IMMM） Based on the concept of capability maturity, this paper that consists of a development model, an analysis model develops an innovation management maturity mode and a comprehensive assessment model. Using the IMMM as a tool for evaluating enterprise′s innovation management maturity levels, the enterprise can timely identify problems in the process of innovation and find out countermeasures so as to improve innovation management maturity levels continuously
