摘　　要：目的本研究旨在探讨良恶性甲状腺结节的超声特点。方法本院2002年1月至2007年5月共收治甲状腺结节患者132例,均在术前行超声检查,根据病理回顾性分析甲状腺结节良恶性超声征象。结果良性结节118例,恶性结节14例,符合率为80.4%。结论超声对甲状腺结节明确诊断及治疗有重要价值。Objective To discuss the ultrasonographic characteristics of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods All 132 cases treated in our hospital from Jan.2002 to May,2007 were examined by ultrasonography preoperatively. Ultrasonographic characteristics of benign and malignant nodules were retrospectively analyzed according to pathologic results. Results There were 118 benign nodules and 14 malignant nodules,The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography was 80,4%. Conclusion Ultrasonography has an important value in the diagnosis and therapy of thyroid nodules.
