摘 要:筛选提高插条成活率的最佳试剂和在高海拔(西宁)地区生长的最佳品种。以大果沙棘5个品种(向阳、楚伊、浑金、中俄杂交、中国无刺)的插条为试材,采用4种植物生长素(吲哚乙酸、α-奈乙酸、生根剂、吲哚丁酸)进行处理,研究了植物生长素对大果沙棘地膜扦插成活率的影响。各试剂处理对大果沙棘扦插育苗的成活率的影响差异极显著,其中吲哚丁酸的处理效果最好,平均成活率为78.22%;相同处理下大果沙棘5个品种大田扦插育苗的成活率存在极显著差异,其中浑金的大田扦插育苗成活率最好,平均成活率为76.00%,其次是向阳和楚伊,而中俄杂交和中国无刺的扦插最不易成活。不同时间处理的扦插苗在12 h处理下生长情况最佳。吲哚丁酸处理的成活效果最好;向阳、楚伊、浑金3个品种较易扦插成活。The research aimed to screen the best reagents for increasing the survival rate of cutting and the optimum variety for growing in high-altitude area (Xining).With cutting of 5 varieties of Hippophae rhamnoides L such as Xiangyang, Chuyi, Hunjin, Chinese-Russian hybrid and China No-thom as tested materials, 4 kinds of phytohormones of IAA , NAA, rooting reagent and IBA were used to study the effects of phytohormones on the cutting survival rate of H/ppophae rhamnoides L. with plastic-film. The effects of all reagent treatments on the survival rate of cutting seedling of H. rhamnoides were extremely significant, in which the effect of IBA was best, with the average survival rate of 78.22%. The survival rates of cutting seedling in field of 5 varieties of H. rhamnoides with the same treatment had extremely significant difference, in which the survival rates of cutting seedling in field of Hunjin was best, with the average rate of 76.00%, the next were Xiangyang and Chuyi and the cuttings of Chinese-Russian hybrid and China No-thorn were the most difficulty to survive . The growth condition in the treatment of 12 h was best among the treatments with different time.The survival effect in IBA treatment was best and 3 varieties of Xiangyang, Chuyi and Hunjin were easier to survive in cutting.
