摘  要:为了研究苔藓植物的抑菌效果。以山西省分布广泛、生物量较大的刺叶提灯藓、直蒴绢藓和山羽藓为试验材料,用分光光度法对3种苔藓植物的水提液进行抑菌效果的测定。3种苔藓植物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,山羽藓和直蒴绢藓对细菌的抑制强度均是枯草杆菌>金黄色葡萄球菌>大肠杆菌,刺叶提灯藓对细菌的抑制强度为金黄色葡萄球菌>枯草杆菌>大肠杆菌。在3种苔藓植物中以刺叶提灯藓的抑菌性最强,高达79.03%。抑菌效果与供试细菌的种类有关,也与苔藓植物种类有关。有些苔藓植物种类在有害生物防治和一些疾病的治疗中有明显的开发利用价值。The purpose was to study the bacteriostatic effect of bryophytes. With Mnium spinosum, Entodon concinnus and Abietinella abietina, which distributed widely in Shanxi Province and had bigger biomass,as materials,the bacteriostatic effects of their water extract solution were determined with spectrophotometric method. The three kinds of bryophytes had restrain effects on Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus saccharolyticus and Escherichia coli to different extents.Tne bacteriostatic intensities of A. a abietina and E. concinnus were E. coli 〉 B. subtilis 〉 S. saccharolyticus and that of M. spinosum were B. subtilis 〉 E. coli 〉 S. saccharolyticus. Among three kinds of bryophytes the bacteriostatic of M. spinosum was strongest,being up to 79.03% .Tne bacteriostatic effect was not only related to the variety of tested bacterial but also related to the variety of bryophytes. Some bryophytes varieties had obvious development value in controlling harmful organism and curing some disease.
