摘  要:人类白细胞抗原-G(human leuko-cyte antigen-G,HLA-G)属于非经典的HLA-Ⅰ类抗原分子(HLA-Ⅰb),早期的研究发现HLA-G的表达仅局限于母胎界面的绒毛外细胞滋养层。过去几年中,HLA-G的研究已从单纯的生殖领域扩展到器官移植、自体免疫性疾病和肿瘤研究等领域。迄今为止进行过HLA-G抗原研究的肿瘤类型已有16种,结果提示HLA-G的表达与肿瘤的的恶性转化和免疫反应的降调相关。从目前已有的实验结果来看,在众多肿瘤细胞上产生抑制信号的HLA-G可能是肿瘤细胞用来逃避免疫监视的重要途径,HLA-G的表达可能至少在部分恶性肿瘤中可以作为一种预后标志。Human leukocyte antigen-G (HLA-G) is a nonclassical human leukocyte class Ⅰ b antigen (HLA- 1 b) which was observed to be restrictively expressed by the fetal-maternal interface on the extravillous cytotrophoblast. During the last few years, the HLA-G field has evolved from being a topic restricted to reproduction to a very broad topic that spans from transplantation to autoimmunity to oncology. Sixteen types of tumors have been analyzed and it is concluded that the expression of HLA-G is associated with malignant transformation and a down-modulation of the immune response. Based on the information we reviewed, it is proposed that HLA-G whose engagement generates inhibitory signals in various immune cells may represent a mechanism used by tumor cells to escape from immunosurveillance and HLA-G expression may represent a useful prognostic marker in at least some malignant diseases.
