摘　　要：麦滋林—S（M—S）在缓解慢性胃炎病人的腹痛和消化不良症状及减轻炎症的疗效方面明显优于得乐。M－S对慢性胃炎的治疗作用可能是通过增加胃可溶性粘蛋白的分泌和胃粘膜及血浆中的生长抑素（SS）含量，从而增加胃粘膜屏障功能而实现的。Marzulene-S is a more effective drug than De Le in relieving abdominal pain, alleviating dyspepsia and abating inflammation. Based on the clinical survey,we thought that the therapeutic effects of Marzulene-S on chronic gastritis might originate from the increase of the defence mechanism of gastric mucosal barrierbecause the increases of the secretion of soluble mucoprotein in stomach and the contents of SS in plasma andgastric mucosa were observed during expriment.
