摘　　要：蚯蚓在环境生态学中占有重要地位。利用蚯蚓的特殊功能,将其应用于环境污染治理具有良好的发展前景。主要体现在:利用蚯蚓作为监测土壤及水体环境安全的指示生物,通过蚯蚓生态毒理学研究确定污染物质的危害程度;利用蚯蚓与微生物的协同作用,构建新型的组合生物处理技术用于处理有机固体废弃物及污水净化。Earthworms play an important role in environmental ecology. Application of earthworms in environmental pollution has bright prospects. It primarily embodies in： as the indicators of soil and water environmental monitoring, earthworms are used to identify the damage by ecotoxicological research methods; using the collaborative symbiotic function of earthworms and microbe, a new type of combined biological treatment technology is set up to treat organic solid wastes and wastewater purification.
