摘  要:目的:研究黄花石蒜对老年痴呆(AD)模型小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法:选用昆明种小鼠,皮下注射东莨菪碱(2mg.kg-1)制备老年痴呆小鼠模型,通过Y型水迷宫实验来观察黄花石蒜对AD模型小鼠学习记忆的影响。结果:与模型组比较,黄花石蒜醇提物高剂量组(40.2g生药.kg-1)和低剂量组(20.1g生药.kg-1)均能明显缩短AD模型小鼠Y型水迷宫测试的潜伏期(P<0.05),减少其上岸错误次数(P<0.05),明显改善小鼠学习记忆。结论:黄花石蒜醇提物能改善AD小鼠的学习记忆能力。Objective: To study the therapy effect of Lycoris aurea on the AD model mice. Methods: KM mice were trained by Y - maze and their learning - memory abilities were detected before injection of scopolamine. Then the mice were divided into four groups on the basis of conditions, of which the same level of learning - memory abilities each group. The mice were orally administrated with different doses of Lycoris aurea for 50d. The learning - memory abilities were detected on 24 d, 50 d by Y - maze swimming testing. Results : Compared with model group, the learning - memory abilities of the mice orally administrated with Lycoris aurea(40.2g crude drug ·kg^-1 , 20. lg crude drug·kg^-1 ) was better, the delitescence to reach destination was obviously shorter ( P 〈 0. 05), error times of getting ashore were remark- ably decreased ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Lycoris aurea can improve the learning- memory abilities of scopolamine -induced mice to show the activity, which provided evidence for separating simple activity substances.
