姬松茸菌孢多糖对裸鼠移植瘤的抑制作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察姬松茸菌孢多糖对裸鼠SGC-7901移植瘤的抑瘤作用,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:将体外培养的人胃腺癌SGC-7901细胞接种于BALB/C-nu/nu裸鼠的皮下,建立人胃癌移植瘤模型,共30只,随机分为5组:香菇多糖组、姬松茸菌孢多糖大、中、小剂量组、阴性对照组。结果:姬松茸菌孢多糖大、中、小各剂量、香菇多糖组与阴性对照组之间移植瘤体积存在显著性差异(P<0.01),姬松茸菌孢多糖中、大剂量组和香菇多糖组对照组裸鼠脾脏指数明显高于阴性对照组(P<0.05)。结论:姬松茸菌孢多糖提高机体的免疫功能可能是其抑瘤作用机制之一。Objective ： To research the molecular mechanism of polysacchaides from spores of agaricusbaizei murill by observing the function of inhibiting tumor on SGC -7901 in the nude rats. Methods ： Human gastric cancer SGC -7901 that grew logarithmically were transplanted subcutaneously to BALB/C - nu/nu mice and model of xenoplanted tumor was established,25 mice were divided randomly into 5 groups, including xianggu polysaccharide group, large, middle, small - dose group of polysacchaides from spores of agaricusbaizei murill and blank group. Results ： Compared with blank group, large, middle and small dose group of polysacchaides from spores of agaricusbaizei murill and xianggu polysaccharide can inhibit every markedly the growing tumor（ P 〈 0.01 ）and can increase the spleen index（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Polysacchaides from spores of agaricusbaizei murill can inhibite tumor by raising function of immunity of body.
