摘  要:目的:通过胃癌康方对人胃癌细胞株酶活性影响,探讨该药作用机制。方法:以人胃腺癌细胞株SGC-7901为受试对象,利用血清药理学和酶细胞化学染色法,观察胃癌康对SGC-7901人胃腺癌细胞株Mg2+-ATP酶和G-6-P酶的活性影响。结果:(1)Mg2+-ATP酶与G-6-P酶在细胞株内定位准确。(2)中药组,Mg2+-ATP酶和G-6-P酶的酶反应颗粒变小,数量减少,活性下降,明显低于对照组(P(0.01)。结论:胃癌康降低胃癌细胞株Mg2+-ATP酶和G-6-P酶的活性可能是体现其抗肿瘤作用机理之一。Objective : To study the effects and mechanism of Weiaikang on the stomach cancer coils by studying its influence on activity of enzymes. Methods : The human stomach cancer cell line SGC - 7901 were used. The alteration of proliferation and activity of Mg^2+ - ATPase and G - 6 - Pase of cancer cells was observed by applying the enzyme cyto- chemical method. Results : ( 1 ) The location of Mg^2+ - ATPase and G - 6 - Pase are exact. (2) Enzyme cytochemical - method indicates that the response granules of G - 6 - Pase and Mg^2+ - ATPase in the colon cell become smaller after the treatment of serum contained Chinese herbs, the amount of the granules become fewer, the density is lower, some are negative. The activity of the enzyme decreased obviously. Significantly lower than the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions : WEI - AI - KANG can decrease the activity of the G - 6 - Pase and Mg^2+ - ATPase of the human stomach cancer cell line SGC - 7901. It might be one of the mechanism of its anti - tumor function.
