摘　　要：目的:探讨腺样囊性癌嗜神经侵袭的临床及组织病理学特征。方法:34例经病理确诊的腺样囊性癌病例,病理切片取材见神经断面。对34例病例的临床表现、病理学特征、诊断、治疗以及预后进行分析。结果:ACC复发率似与神经侵袭的病理及临床症状、体征表现有一定关系。但本组病例样本较少,尚需更多样本进行研究。结论:对腺样囊性癌嗜神经侵袭的临床病理特征进行研究,可为其机理研究提供参考,以便早发现、早治疗,提高治愈率及生存率。To investigate clinical and pathological features of adenoid cystic carcinoma （ACC） with neurophilic characteristics. Methods： Thirty four cases of ACC with nerve sections in pathological reports were reviewed and analyzed, including diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Results： The recurrence rate of ACC seemed to be related to its neurophilic features. Conclusion should be identified by more cases. Conclusion： Clinical and pathological studies on neumphilic characteristics of ACC can provide more information for research of its mechanism. The findings will be beneficial to the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
