钙化与非钙化乳腺癌临床病理特征的比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨钙化型与非钙化型乳腺癌的临床病理特征差异及钙化并预测ER、PR、p53、C-erbB-2表达的可行性。方法:两种类型乳腺癌术前均行钼靶X线检查明确钙化与非钙化,并对病理类型、淋巴结转移、临床分期、ER、PR、p53、C-erbB-2表达进行比较。结果:两种类型乳腺癌病理类型、临床分期、腋淋巴结转移率无差异,淋巴结转移度非钙化型较钙化型高,有明显差异。ER、PR、p53、C-erbB-2阳性表达在钙化型中分别为57.7%、61.5%、64.1%、67.9%,在非钙化型中分别为49.2%、57.6%、64.4%、57.6%,两组比较无明显差异。结论:钙化型与非钙化型乳腺癌病理类型、临床分期,钙化型乳腺癌与ER、PR、p53、C-erbB-2表达无明显相关性,钼靶片钙化表现预测ER、PR、p53、C-erbB-2表达尚有待研究。To analyze the difference between mammograpic calcification and non -calcification of breast cancer in clinicopatholgical characteristics and to evaluate the feasibility of predicting ER, PR, p53, C -erbB - 2 status by mammograpic calcification. Methods ： The calcification and non - calcification of breast cancer were determined by mammography of preoperation. The histological types, lymphatic metastasis, clinical stages, expression of ER ,PR ,p53 ,C- erbB- 2 were statistically analyzed between calcification and non- calcification breast cancer. Results： The correlation between two types of breast cancer had no difference in the histological types, lymphatic metastasis, clinical stages. The lymphatic metastasis degree in non - calcification type was higher than that in calcification type. The postive expression rate of ER, PR, p53, C - erbB -2 were 57.7% ,61.5% ,64.1% ,67.9% respectively in calcification type. The postive expression rate of ER, PR, p53, C - erbB - 2 were 49.2% ,57.6% , 64.4% ,57.6% respectively in non -calcification type, no significant difference between two types. Conclusion： The histological types, clinical stages, lymphatic metastasis between calcification and non - calcification of breast cancer were similar. No statistically significant difference was seen among the expression of ER,PR,p53 ,C - erbB - 2 and mammograpic calcification of breast cancer. To predict expression of ER, PR, p53, C - erbB -2 by of mammograpic appearance need to be further researched.
