摘　　要：目的:观察爱维治治疗急性放射性皮肤损伤的临床疗效。方法:分析46例2～4级急性放射性皮肤损伤患者的治疗情况,分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组27例用爱维治治疗;对照组19例用龙胆紫治疗。结果:皮肤损伤的治愈率治疗组为100%、对照组为63%。结论:爱维治治疗急性放射性皮肤损伤疗效满意。To observe the effect of the Actovegin on the acute skin injury induced by iradiation. Methods： Total of 46 patients with acute skin injury induced by iradiation were retrospectively analyzed, 27 cases in the treatmeat group,19 cases in the control group the treatment group was administered with the Actovegin,while the contronl group was not. Results： The response rate in the treatment group was better than the control group（ 100% vs 63% ）（P =0. 001 ）. Conclusion： The considerable overall improvement is achieved with the Actovegin therapy for acute skin injury induced by iradiation.
