摘　　要：目的探讨脑出血后急性期血肿周围组织肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和核因子-κB(NF-κB)的动态表达情况。方法选择急性脑出血患者10例,于发病当日或次日行血肿清除术,利用术中所获得的血肿周围组织碎块进行研究。对照组为2例车祸脾破裂死亡者。所有标本均做HE染色,并用免疫组化方法检测TNF-α和NF-κB的动态表达情况。结果急性脑出血组TNF-α和NF-κB在所有标本均表达,于第1天表达升高,第3天达高峰,第7天下降,第14天基本接近正常表达水平;对照组TNF-α和NF-κB仅有少量表达或无表达。结论脑出血急性期血肿周围组织存在TNF-α和NF-κB的动态高表达,且有大量炎性细胞浸润,以中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞为主。[ Objective ] To explore the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） and nuclear factor- κB （NF-κB） in the cerebral hematoma peripheral zone after cerebral hemorrhage in patients. [ Methods] 10 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were studied. The brain tissue surrounded the hematoma was obtained from craniotomy performed after the onset. The brain tissue obtained from two victims in vehicle accidents was used as control. Photomicrography was used to study the histolog/cal feature of peri-hematoma tissue with HE staining, and the expression of TNF-α or NF-KB protein was invest/gated by immunohistochemistry. [ Results] TNF-α and NF-κB were detected in all patients of acute cerebral hemorrhage. The expression of TNF-α and NF-κB increased at day 1, peaked at day 3, decreased at day 7, and recovered to normal level at day 14. No or little expression of TNF-ct and NF-KB was found in the control group. [ Conclusions] The high expression of TNF-α and NF-κB exist in the surrounding tissue of cerebral hematoma after acute cerebral hemorrhage in patients, and leukocytes and lymphocytes infiltration exist in the surrounding tissue of cerebral hematoma.
