摘　　要：褐变问题是植物组织培养中经常遇到的问题,已经成为影响组织培养成功的重要因素。结合近些年的研究,对褐变发生的原因、影响褐变的因素以及控制褐变的措施进行了综述,以期为解决褐变问题提供理论依据。Browning has become an important factor that affects the success of plant tissue culture. It is frequently encountered in plant tissue culture. Integrating the lately studies, the reason and the influences of browning and the methods to overcome browning were researched to offer the theory basis to settle browning matter.
