摘　　要：笔者于１９９４年对江苏省县及县以上医院卫生人力现状进行了调查分析，其结果表明，医院职工总数超编，尤其是医师系列人员所占比例过高，而护士、影像专业人员比例过低；无学历卫生技术人员比例较高，其中青年卫生技术人员比例较大；专业技术职务人员年龄老化，尤其高级专业技术职务更为突出。这一现状值得各级卫生主管部门重视。An investigative analysis was made on the current status of the health personnel of the county hospitals and above in Jiangsu province by the author in 1994. The conclusion indicates that those hospitals are generally overstaffed. The proportion of different ranks of doctors in the staff is too high while that of audio visual technicicians too low. The proportion of the health technicians without records of formal school is comparatively high, among whom the percentage of young persons is relatively large. The specialised technicians are ageing, especially those of higher ranks. All this demands the special attention of health administrations.
