摘  要:对杨木KP浆DED漂序木聚糖酶预处理工艺条件进行了研究。结果表明,AU-PE89木聚糖酶预处理DED漂白较优的预处理条件为:酶用量0.005%,温度50℃,时间60 min,初始pH值7.0,浆浓7%。木聚糖酶预处理可改善纸浆的漂白性能,白度及其稳定性有所提高,但漂白得率和粘度稍有降低。The bleachability of kraft pulp of Trioploid of Tomentosa was studied by using DED bleaching sequences with xylanase pretreatment. The better bleaching results were obtained when xylanase dosage 0.005% ,temperature 50 ℃, time 60 min,the first pH value 7.0,pulp viscosity 7% .The experiment results showed that pulp bleaching ability was improved and pulp brightness stability was also enhanced by xylanase pretreatment, but bleaching yields and pulp viscosity were dropped a little.
