摘　　要：从提高注意力、增加记忆、扩大知识面,以及激发、培养学生的自主性等方面对提高英语听力的有效性及应对策略进行探讨。In order to improve the effectiveness of English listening and formulate strategies, an exploration is made in the article from the following aspects： 1） improving attention; 2） strengthening memory; 3） extending students＇ scope of knowledge and 4） motivating students and developing their autonomy.
