摘　　要：目的:探讨在肿瘤内科建立拓展型药历的必要性。方法:介绍拓展型药历的建立依据、概念、基本模式和内容,及其发挥作用的途径和效果等。结果与结论:将拓展型药历应用于肿瘤内科临床药学工作中,对培养临床药学人才、提高临床药师的专业知识及发挥药历功能具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the necessity of establishing extended medicine history in oncology department. METHODS：The bases for the establishment of extended medicine history, its concept, basic mode and contents, and the channel for it to exert its function and its effects etc were introduced .RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION ：Applying expanded medicine history in clinical pharmacy practice of oncology is of great importance in cultivating clinical pharmacists, improving clinical pharmacists＇ expertise and bringing the function of medicine history into full play.
