摘　　要：网络教育资源获取方式是影响网络教育的重要因素之一。建立个性化的网络教育资源获取方式是实现网络教育优势的有效方法。文章分析了采用个性化的方式获取资源对网络教育带来的影响，论述了建立个性化网络教育资源获取方式的要点、核心技术及实现方法，并对比了其中各方法的特点。Methods for obtaining e-learning resources are one of the important factors affecting e-learning. Individualized method for obtaining e-learning resources is an effective way of realizing the advantages of e-learning. This article analyzes the influences of individualized methods for obtaining e-learning resource on e-learning, and discusses the key points in establishing the methods, core technologies and realization methods. Finally it compares the characteristics of various methods.
