摘　　要：随着"社会资本"这一概念从社会学领域被引入到发展经济学领域后,社会资本分析逐渐成为了产业集群研究的一种新的范式。社会资本是一种经济资源,这种资源不是天然拥有的,而是经过历史的演进逐渐生成的。在社会资本形成之后,它便成为区域经济发展的支撑力量。社会资本代表了行为主体借助于社会网络或其他的社会结构来获得各种利益的能力,良好的社会资本可以培养人与人之间的相互信任,降低交易成本,加速信息和知识的流动,提高集群的创新能力。此外,社会资本不仅是集群中企业重要的战略资源,同时也是企业组织的有效治理机制。Social capital is a kind of economic resource. This kind of resource isn＇t possessed naturally, but come into being gradually by the historical evolution. It becomes the pillar strength of the development of district economy once after its forming. Social capital stands for the behavior body＇s abilities to get all kinds of benefits with the help of social networks or other social structures. Good social capital can cultivate the mutual trusts between people, reduce the transaction costs, speed the flow of information and knowledge, and promote the innovation abilities of clusters. Further more, social capital is not only important strategic recourses of enterprises in the clusters, but also effective governance mechanism of enterprise structures.
