摘 要:研究在La-B-si-Al-O玻璃系统中,添加不同浓度的着色氧化物CeO2、Er2O3及Fe2O3对牙科玻璃渗透氧化铝陶瓷颜色的影响。实验在1400℃下熔融2h制备着色渗透玻璃,并将玻璃于1120℃渗透入预烧结多孔氧化铝基体,采用分光光度计测定渗透后颜色参数。结果表明:CeO2可以明显提高渗透铝瓷的6^*;加入CeO2和Er2O3后,随Er2O3含量的增大,渗透铝瓷颜色从黄绿色调向黄红色调偏移,同时三+降低;再加入Fe2O3后,渗透铝瓷的三+明显降低,颜色向黄红色调偏移较大。The effects of adding CeO2, Er203 and Fe203 in the La-B-Si-Al-O glass system on the color of dental glass infiltration alumina ceramics were investigated. The pigmented infiltration glass was prepared by melting glass component at 1400℃ for 2h. The colored glass was infiltrated in presintered porous alumina at 1120℃, and color parameters were measured by spectrophotometer. Experimental results showed cerium oxide could effectively enhance colourity( b^* ) value of the dental glass infiltration alumina ceramics; combined addition of cerium oxide and erbium oxide could shift the color from yellow-green to yellow-red and reduce the brightness( L^* ) value. When ferric oxide was added, L^* value was decreased and the color was shifted to yellow-red direction largely.
