摘 要:采用改进的Sol-Gel方法配制含鸡蛋清的氧化硅及氧化铝溶胶先驱体液,来浸渍聚丙烯晴(PAN)基碳毡,并以真空烧结获得碳毡纤维外表致密超薄的Si-Al-C抗氧化涂层。对烧结试样做了XRD,SEM,EDAX,TEM和DSC-TGA的分析。涂层物质由非晶态及晶态物质混杂构成,其晶粒大小有约为50 nm~70 nm。鸡蛋清在此起良好的天然粘结剂及参与烧结碳化物涂层的活性碳源作用。具有涂层的碳毡纤维在空气中的起始氧化温度约为730℃,较于未处理的碳毡纤维,此值提高了300℃以上。此工艺成本低廉且效果较好。Modified sol-gel method in concocting precursory liquid of silica and alumina sol that contained egg white was adopted to immerse Polyacrylonitrile(PAN) based carbon felt, and through sintering in vacuum, the compact and ultra-thin Si-Al-C anti-oxidation film on the carbon fibers was obtained. XRD, SEM, EDAX, TEM and DSC-TGA analyses for the sintered carbon felt were carried out. The film contains both amorphous and crystal substances. Sizes of those crystals are about 50 nm-70 nm. Egg white used here acts both as excellent natural agglomerant and as active carbon source in sintering the carbides film. Beginning oxidation temperature of the coated carbon fibers in air is about 730 ℃, which is improved for more than 300 ℃ as compared with that of untreated carbon fibers. This technology costs less with good results.
