摘　　要：在界定个人财产权与国家财政权并对二者关系进行分析的基础上,反思和批判了当前主流经济学和非主流经济学关于两权均衡的几种分析思路,运用经济演化原理对两权的动态均衡进行了尝试性探讨,同时提出经济理论研究中应充分重视的几个问题。This article starts from defining individual rights and national financial rights and discussing the connection of the two,on the basis of which it analyses the equilibrium paths given by some main-stream economists and non-mainstream economists in a critical way.This article attempts to take a look at and to have a discussion of the equilibrium path existing in the long human history and at present in a new way,by means of evolving economic theory,and also raises the problems we should pay greater attention to in our economic research and practice.
