复方丹参五味子片微生物限度检查方法的验证

摘　　要：目的建立丹参五味子片的微生物限度检查方法。方法测定丹参五味子片对5种试验菌株的回收率,并对控制菌的检查法进行验证。结果丹参五味子对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌有较强的抑制作用,对大肠埃希菌的抑制作用较弱,对白色念珠菌、黑曲霉菌几乎无抑制作用。结论采用培养基稀释法可消除丹参五味子片在试验条件下的抑菌作用,顺利检出污染的微生物。OBJECTIVE To validate the accuracy and feasibility of microbial limit test （MLT）for Fufang Dansen Wuweizi tabelts,then establish the method of the MLT. METHODS The recovery test was done on eacn tested bacterial strain to validate the accuracy and feasibility of the MLT. RESULTS Fufang Dansen Wuweuzi tabehs had strong inhibitory effects on staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilit, had weak inhibitory effect on escherichia coliand had no effect on candida albicansand aspergillus niger. CONCLUSION Culture medium diluted method can eliminate the anti-bacterial effect of Fufang Dansen Wuweuzi tabeh, the microorganisms in tabeh can be detected successfully.
