摘　　要：Skp2是F-box蛋白家族成员之一，可参与正常的细胞周期调控。在多数人类肿瘤中，Skp2表达增高，且与肿瘤恶性程度和病人预后相关，提示Skp2有癌基因的潜能。本文就Skp2-9人类肿瘤的研究现状作一综述。Skp2 belongs to the F-box family, which be concerned with the regulation to the normal cell cycle. The expression of Skp2 is significantly higher in many human tumors than in normal tissue and the overexpression of Skp2 is also related with lethal. The up-expression of Skp2 in human tumor suggests it may possess the potential of cancer gene. This paper reviews the research status and progress in Skp2-related human tumor.
