摘　　要：培育大学生健全人格是高等学校造就社会主义事业建设者和接班人的必然要求,而大学生健全人格的形成是以艰苦奋斗精神为强大动力支撑的。科学把握艰苦奋斗精神的时代内涵,充分认识弘扬艰苦奋斗精神对培育大学生健全人格的意义,采取有效措施,把艰苦奋斗教育与大学生人格塑造有机结合起来,通过大力弘扬艰苦奋斗精神培育大学生健全人格,是高等学校当前乃至今后相当长时期内必须认真解决的课题。t Cultivating the sound personality of college students is quite necessary for colleges and universities to train socialist builders and successors. The formation of sound personality of college students is strongly supported by the spirit of hard work. , therefore, colleges and universities should pay more attention to the scientific connotation of the spirit of hard work and fully realize the significance of promoting the spirit of hard work in cultivating the sound personality of college students. Colleges and universities should also take effective measures to combine the education of hard work with the formation of college students＇ personality.
