摘　　要：舒血宁治疗慢性精神分裂症患者的疗效及其对甲襞微循环的影响赵学英１何鸣１罗和春１钟红文２沈振明３易善志许多研究表明，精神分裂症病人的前额叶功能降低，脑内有血液循环障碍［１］，外周亦有微循环障碍［２］。研究还发现，脑不同部位的血液供应异常与患者的某些精神...In a double blinded and placebo controlled study including 27 patients with chronic schizophrenia, the effects of Ginkgo biloba special extract EGb 761 combined with antipsychotics on patients nailfold microcirculation and symptoms were investigated, as against placebo plus with antipsychotics. For this purpose, the patients were randomly allotted to each group, antipsychotics with EGb 761 or with placebo. Primary variables chosen were nailfold microcirculation as well as BPRS and SANS. The values were determined previous to the beginning of the treatment and then 4, 8, 12, 16 weeks later. It was founds that patients in both groups showed severe abnormal in their microcirculation before the treatment. Microcirculatory conditions of EGb 761 group began to restore at the 4th week of treatment, and were significantly improved since the 8th week in comparing with that of control. The improvement especially illustrated in the aspects of integrative scores reduces for the total microcirculation, vascular shape and blood flow pattern, The results also showed that many indexes of microcirculation were significantly correlated with scores of BPRS or SANS. In conclusion, EGb 761 may help to correct the dysfunction of microcirculation among schizophrenics, which are useful in enhancing therapeutic effects of antipsychotics when administer both to patients together during the treatment.
