摘 要:建立油气弹簧阀系参数解析设计公式,利用该公式可对阀片内径对阀系设计参数的影响进行了定量分析;建立阀片内径影响系数,利用该系数可对阀系参数进行推算设计。通过实例,对阀系参数进行了解析设计与影响系数推算设计,对两种方法设计值进行了比较,并对设计油气弹簧进行了特性试验。设计和试验结果表明,阀片内径影响系数推算设计方法是可靠的。The paper established formula for resoluting and designing hydro- pneumatic spring valve, the formula was applied to make quantitative analysis to influence of inner diameter of valve plate to designing parameters of valve, and established influence coefficient of inner diameter of valve plate. The coefficient could be applied to make computative design to the valve parameters. The paper also made analytic design and computative design with influence coefficient to valve parameters, and compared the two designing approach, finally, made characteristic test to hydro-pneumatic spring. Design and test result showed that the computative design with influence coefficient of inner diameter of valve plate was reliable.
