摘  要:为了寻求满意的矿用箕斗卸载曲轨曲线形状,利用ADAMS软件建立上开式扇形闸门沿固定曲轨卸载的参数化仿真模型,研究了卸载轮分别沿4种卸载曲轨曲线卸载时的冲击状况。通过对比分析得出结论:余弦曲线作为卸载曲轨曲线最优,能够有效地降低卸载轮和卸载曲轨之间的冲击力,增强箕斗卸载的平顺性,提高卸载曲轨的使用寿命。In order to get satisfied dumping rail curve of mine skip, the paper established a simulation model for the skip with up-open fan gate moving along the dumping rail with MSC ADAMS, studied dumping impact situation while dumping wheel moved along four kinds of dumping rail curve. By contrastive analysis, it was concluded that cosine curve was optimal as dumping rail curve, impact between dump- ing wheel and dumping rail curve could effectively reduced, thus, skip dumping smoothness improved and employment lifespan of dumping rail increased.
