摘　　要：面对资源外包网络中知识分享所面临的道德风险问题．单纯从经济学角度探寻其解决途径已面临很大挑战．社会资本理论为此提供了一种新的视角。资源外包网络中的知识主要有信息和专有知识或技能两类。而信任是企业社会资本的关键要素，信任对资源外包网络中知识分享的作用是通过第三方加以传递的。Being face of the ethic risk in the process of knowledge sharing in outsourcing network, it is very difficult to solve this problem from traditional economics perspective, We should make effort to finding some other solutions to deal with this dilemma. Therefore, the theory of social capital becomes a feasible choice. Knowledge in outsourcing network includes two kinds, one is information and the other is expert lore or skill. Credit is the key factor of enterprise＇s social capital, and the function that credit has played of knowledge sharing in outsourcing network is impressed by the third party.
