摘　　要：当今社会已经进入信息时代，公共信息已成为关系着国计民生的一种非常重要的战略资源，加强公共信息管理与服务对于国家、社会、公众都有着重要意义。本文从公共信息资源的概念谈起，分析了当前我国公共信息开放与服务的现状与不足，并为加强公共信息开放与服务提出了一些切实可行的建议。The society today has alreadY stepped into the information era. Public information has become a very imPortant strategic resource concerning the develoPment of country and the life of People. The reinforced management and service of Public information Plays an imPortant Part to country, society and the Public. From the concept of the public information resource, this paper analyzes the status quo and shortcomings of the Public Information Exposure and Service in our country and Put forward some workable suggestions.
