摘  要:合成了一种不含甲醛、无毒的绿色环保型胶黏剂。以葡萄糖代替甲醛,在酸性条件下用微波法合成了类似于脲醛树脂的绿色环保型葡萄糖三聚氰胺树脂,通过正交实验法获得了合成的最佳条件,同时对树脂的固化条件进行了研究。葡萄糖三聚氰胺树脂合成的最佳反应条件为∶pH=3,催化剂用量∶0.40g,n(三聚氰胺)∶n(葡萄糖)=4∶0.3,反应时间∶6m in。催化剂用量和反应配比对葡萄糖三聚氰胺树脂的合成反应的影响较大,其次是pH值,对反应影响最小的是反应时间。但反应时间也不应过长,以免碳化。A green and environment friendly adhesive is synthesized which is non - toxic and formaldehyde free. Using D - glucose as an alternative to formaldehyde, a green thermosetting melamine - glucose resin adhesive which is similar to the urea - formaldehyde resin adhesive is prepared under the acidic condition by microwave radiation method. Through the orthogonal experiments, the optimum conditions for the synthesis reaction are gained. And the conditions for curing reaction of the resin are also studied. The optimum conditions for preparing thermosetting melamine - glucose resin adhesive are as follows: the pH value is 3, the amount of catalyst is 0.40g, the molar ratio of melamine to glucose is 4: 0.3, and the reaction time is 6 minutes. The amount of catalyst and the molar ratio of melamine to glucose have greet effects on synthesis of thermosetting melamine - glucose resin adhesive, the next influence factor is pH value, and the reaction time only has a little effect. Even so the reaction time should not be too long, for fear that it may be carbonized.
