摘  要:医疗质量是医院的核心竞争力,医疗质量主要体现在治疗质量和护理质量,而护理质量的保证依赖于护理人员的素质和工作积极性。本文分析了医院护理人员的激励现状,探讨了护理人员复合激励的思路和方法,期望对国有医院竞争力的提高具有借鉴意义。Medical quality is core competition of hospitals. Medical quality includes mainly treatment quality and nursing quality, However, nursing quality is based on the quality and working activity of nursing staff. This article analyzed the status quo of encouragement for nursing staff, and probed into the thinking and methods of compound encouragement for nursing staffs. It expects to provide some helps for enhancement of the competition of state - owned hospitals.
