抽动—秽语综合征56例脑电图分析

摘　　要：对５６例抽动—秽语综合征脑电图分析发现，脑电图异常率为５７．１％，以轻度、中度异常较多见（８４．４％），提示抽动—秽语综合征患儿可能有脑功能障碍。其脑电图改变特点主要为背景脑波慢波化，并有阵发性多量的中高幅θ活动或极高幅δ活动。有部分病人（８．９％）出现棘。Objective:To study the electroencephalographic(EEG)changes in patients with Gilles de la Tourette syndrome.Method:A retrospective analysis of EEG of 56 patients with Gilles de la Tourette syndrome was made.Results:57 1% of the EEG were found abnormal,the majority of which were mild to moderate(84 4%).Background slow wave and paroxysmal multiple high θ wave or very high voltage δ activity were common findings.8 9% of subjects showed spike and sharp waves.Discussion:EEG changes in Gilles de la Tourette syndrome are non-specific indicating non-specific physical brain damage.Contributing causes include nerve conducting defect,cortical immaturity and epileptic activity.
