摘 要:目的探讨视力正常眼波前像差的分布特点。方法采用主观型光线描计波前检测仪检测218例(218眼)的波前像差。通过 Zernike 多项式计算1~35项 Zernike 像差的权重值,最小二乘方数据拟和眼整体波前像差的均方根(root mean square,RMS)。结果 Zemike 像差权重值中第3项(0°或90°散光)最大,为(0.685±0.758)μm,第26项(第6阶四叶型像差)最小,为(0.092±0.098)μm。视力正常眼整体波前像差平均 RMS 值(0.586±0.429)μm,符合 lognomal2分布,90%区间为0.181~1.321μm。结论视力正常眼存在波前像差,并且不同个体间存在差别,说明单用视力来评估视功能并不全面,波前像差可以更全面地反映视觉质量,提供更多信息。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志,2007,7:288-289)Purpose To investigate the distribution of wavefront aberrations in people with normal visual acuity. Methods Wavefront aberrations were examined in 218 eyes (visual acuity 1.0) from 218 normal subjects using a subjective wavefront aberrometer. Zemike coefficients of 1 to 35 items and the root-mean-square (RMS) value of overall was analyzed. Results The mean value of the 3rd term was (0.685 ±0. 758) μm ( the highest), while the mean value of the 26th term was (0.092 ±0.098) μm (the least). The mean RMS value of overall was (0. 586 ±0.429)μm with the 90% confidence interval being 0. 181 ± 1. 321 μm,consistent with the lognormal 2 distribution. Conclusions There were detectable and different wavefront aberrations in eyes with normal visual acuity. It is better to evaluate visual function by wavefront aberration than by visual acuity.
