度洛西汀治疗抑郁症随机双盲对照研究

摘　　要：度洛西汀是一种新型抗抑郁药,为研究其对抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性,以氟西汀为对照,现将结果报告如下。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of duloxetine in the treatment of depression. Method 68 patients with depression were randomly divided into study group （duloxetine） and control group （fluxetine） , and treated for 6 weeks. Efficacy and side effects were assessed with HAMD, HAMA, CGI-SI, and AE respectively before and after treatment. Results The efficacy was similar for the two drugs. The efficacious rate was 85.3% and the adverse events rate was 41.2% for duloxetine. No significant difference was found in the adverse events between the two groups. Conclusion Duloxetine is an effective drug for depression, with good tolerance.
