三种根管糊剂在一次性根疗中的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的观察三种根管糊剂在一次性根管治疗中的疗效。方法455颗需根管治疗的慢性尖周炎的牙齿,随机分为三组,分别采用Vitapex糊剂加牙胶尖,新型根管糊剂加牙胶尖,氧化锌糊剂加牙胶尖以侧方加压法充填,治疗结束后1天、5天、30天随访患者的疼痛反应,并于1年后进行临床及X线检查。结果Vitapex组和新型根管糊剂组术后1天的疼痛反应较氧化锌组糊剂少,且有显著性差异;5天、30天的疼痛反应则无明显差异;1年后氧化锌组的尖周愈合程度较Vitapex组和新型根管糊剂组差,但已无统计学差异。结论Vitapex和新型根管糊剂可有效减少一次性根管治疗术后的急症反应,并能促进尖周病变的修复。Objective To investigateeffect of three kinds of permanent root canal filling material with single-visit root canal therapy. Methods Four hundred fifty-five teeth with chronic apical periododntitis were randomly divided into three groups ：vitapex paste group,new paste group and zink oxide paste group. Every group used the different paste＋ gutta--percha by means of cold lateral condensation technique, 1 day, 5 days, 30 days after root canal obturation,patient were reviewed for pain experience, I year follow-up was performed using clinical and X-ray images examination. The results were analyzed statistically. Results The incidence of post obturation pain after 1 day in zink oxide paste group was significantly higher than that two groups. The pain occurrence happened 5 or 30 days root canal filling were no difference on them. No statistical difference was observed in success rate on them after 1 year. Conclusions Vitapex paste and new paste groups used single-visit root canal therapy. It may be an effective method for chronic apical periodontitis.
