摘  要:对猪流行性腹泻病毒(Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,PEDV)DX株纤突蛋白基因进行了克隆与测序。结果表明,该基因核苷酸序列长为4152bp,推导氨基酸序列为1383aa,与比较毒株氨基酸同源性都在90%以上。系统发生树分析结果表明,比较毒株可分为3个基因群,而且每个群的毒株均来自同一个国家。利用生物软件分析结果表明PEDV发生微小的变异,尤其在韩国变异明显,而DX株与中国JS-2004-2株亲缘关系很近。The spike protein gene of Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) DX strain was cloned and sequenced. The results showed that the nucleotide sequence of the gene was 4 152 bp in length and encoding a protein of 1 383 aa, the homology of amino acids between it and other PEDV strains exceeded 90%. The results ofphylogenetic tree analysis showed that all the reference PEDV isolates could be divided into 3 genetic groups and each of them in the same group came from the same country. Bio-sofl analysis showed that PEDV mutated slowly, especially in Korea. And DX strain and JS-2004-2 strain in China had a closed relationship.
