摘　　要：自主创新是国家核心竞争力之一,是推动国家经济社会可持续发展的根本动力。提高我国自主创新能力必须构建一个综合完善的自主创新网络体系和网络系统,这是提升自主创新能力最有效的手段。在全面阐释我国提升自主创新能力意义的同时,针对我国提升自主创新能力所面临的主要问题,构建自主创新系统的网络架构模型并提出具体对策措施,以期通过构建自主创新网络,优化自主创新系统和环境,提升自主创新能力。Independent innovation is one of the national core competence,which is also the basic motive force of sustainable development of national economics and society.It is necessary as well as the most effective means to structure a complete independent innovation network in order to improve our independent innovation ability.This paper explains the meaning to promote independent innovation ability in China.According to the main problems we faced in the course of promoting independent innovation ability,we present the network structure of independent innovation system and also put forward some counter-measures so as to optimize independent inovation system and environment and promote independent innovation ability through structuring the independent innovation network.
