摘　　要：目的:探讨4.1蛋白基因家族(蛋白4.1R,N,G和B)在结直肠癌组织表达的意义.方法:采用Envision^+免疫组织化学的方法,检测94例结直肠癌组织中蛋白4.1R,N,G和B的表达,分析他们与结直肠癌病理特征之间的相关性.结果:结直肠癌组织中,除蛋白4.1G外,蛋白4.1R,N,B在癌组织与癌旁组织之间的表达差异有统计学意义(H_c=44.70,H_c=31.4l,H_c =13.62;均P<0.01);蛋白4.1N和B与患者的细胞分化呈正相关(r_s=0.27,r_s=0.28,均P<0.01);随浸润程度的加深,淋巴结的癌转移,4.1R的表达明显下调(r_s=0.03,P<0.01;r_s=0.24,P<0.05);随浸润程度的加深,4.1G的表达上调(r_s=0.24,P<0.05);4.1蛋白的表达与患者的年龄之间没有相关性,在不同性别之间,4.1蛋白表达的差异没有统计学意义.结论:蛋白4.1家族与结直肠的发生与发展间有着密切的关系,是一类新的结直肠癌标记物,其表达程度对结直肠癌的诊断和预后评价有一定的意义.AIM： To investigate the expression of protein 4.1 family members （4.1R, 4.1N, 4.1G, 4.1B） and to determine the pathological features of colorectal carcinoma. METHODS： The expression of 4.1 proteins was detected with an envision immunohistochemical assay in 94 paraffin-embedded samples from patients with colorectal carcinoma. Correlations between proteins 4.1R, N, G and B and colorectal carcinoma were analyzed. RESULTS： Expression of 4.1s in colorectal carci- noma tissues was clearly lower compared with that in normal tissue （He = 44.70, Hc = 31.41, Hc = 13.62; all P 〈 0.01）, except for 4.1G. Expression of 4.1N and B in colorectal carcinoma tissues was positively correlated with cell differentiation （rs = 0.27, rs = 0.28; both P 〈 0.01）. The expression of 4.1R was associated with the degree of soakage （rs = 0.03, P 〈 0.01） and lymphatic metastasis （rs = 0.24, P 〈 0.05）; further, the expression of 4.1G was up-regulated with soakage （rs = 0.24, P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant relationship between expression of 4.1s in colorectal carcinoma tissue and patient age or gender. CONCLUSION： The expression of 4,1s may participate in the occurrence and progression of colorectal carcinoma. Expression of 4.1N and 4.1B are closely related with histological grade, and proteins 4.1R and 4.1G are associated with soakage of colorectal carcinoma.
